Scientists from Harvard argue that it is more difficult for a man to become a father because of his passion for fatty dairy products.
A study was conducted, during which experts reviewed the nutrition of 189 men from 19 to 25 years. All the representatives of the stronger sex did not suffer from obesity and did not lead a sedentary lifestyle. Study participants also talked about the frequency of use of various products and donated images of their sperm.
As it turned out, men who consumed more than 3 servings of fatty dairy products per day had sperm, 25% worse in quality than the rest. As a portion, they took a glass of milk or 28 g of cheese, a scoop of ice cream and a spoonful of cream.
Scientists believe that male fertility is deteriorating due to the natural female hormones in dairy products. Nevertheless, these studies are not a reason for rejecting dairy products - say experts at Sheffield University.
