In 2013, the universities of Ukraine for the first time did not raise the price of studying on a contract. The main reason for the freezing of prices for education is the lack of inflation in 2012, since educational institutions have the right to raise prices within the limits of inflation.
Another reason for the price freeze is considered to be a problem with contract servicemen in recent years. Representatives of universities claim that fewer graduates of schools want to study on a contract, most of those who did not enroll in the budget prefer to finish college and go to work.

An additional reason that tuition prices have not risen this year can also be the fact that this year the chances of getting more budget places are increasing for those universities that offer adequate prices for contract training. PWS will be guided by this indicator in the distribution of state orders. Therefore, perhaps, many universities reinsured and did not raise prices, because the distribution of state orders will occur in June.
